Classes in Modern Pilates are available in Derbyshire in Chesterfield
and around Matlock.

Classes are mixed ability and beginners are welcome.
Each course lasts about six weeks.
All Equipment needed in the class is provided.

Classes are given by Kathy Wiggans who has the nationally-recognised
qualification as a Modern Pilates Instructor.
Kathy takes small group classes in which she gives
individual advice and attention throughout the class.
